Ecu relay may overheat and cause ecu to malfunction recall
Recall affects Mitsubishi OUTLANDER
Reason for recall: The engine Electronic Control Unit Relay may overheat and fail. This could interrupt power supply to the engine and will cause the engine malfunction warning lamp to illuminate. The engine may stall and may not restart.

On affected vehicles the engine ECU power relay will be replaced with a new relay.
