hi griff
not very conversant with these problems but maybe there might be some dirt, dust or foreign matter that needs completely cleaning from the aperture where the sensor fits into & try cleaning the contacts with a small fine emery board, you know the type these ladies trim their tallons with ( lol ). hope this helps griff, let me know how you get on, regards dj dave.
