Volkswagen Transporter reverse beeper & rear wiper

Car: Volkswagen Transporter
Variant: t3 shuttlebus
Model Year: 2004
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
The reverse beeper doesn't work when vehicle is put into reverse gear.
Also one of the rear wipers stopped working, so I put it into my local garage who checked fuses and said it's the wiper motor. So I bought a new wiper motor from vw garage and got my local garage to put it on, but the wiper still doesn't work.
It's only one rear wiper that's not working, the other one works fine.
Any suggestions would be appreciated please.

Thanks a lot

Test for power at motor .Could be a break in wiring causing fault , not motor .Not much of a garage if they didn't check that first before condemning motor which is not the fault .

My garage did test it, they are a brilliant garage and are totally honest

check for broken wires between rear door and body to start with and any earth wires to motor assume fuses have been checked

Good to hear you have a good garage who you trust , hard to find nowadays .Still , unless new wiper motor is faulty , they will have to check out as suggested in first post , for wiring / power supply fault.
