Electric windows not working at all, cigarette lighter not working at all, radio intermittently shuts off into safe mode, alarm goes off randomly, central locking not working on passenger side, or intermittently working on passenger side.

You have so many faults you would be best to get it scanned for codes and then work your way through them .
