Volkswagen Polo excessive camber

Model Year: 2003
Iv got a 2003 vw polo its got excessive negative camber on the front passenger side i just want to know if worn ball joints alone can cause this its driving me up the wall any help would be appreciated

Worn ball joints will throw the steering geometry out.How much depends on how badly worn .Some VW's had concentric bolts on susp. stub axles that allowed adjustment but not sure of that particular year .
