Volkswagen Polo steel wheel spare help

Car: Volkswagen Polo
Variant: 1.2S manual
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
I need a new spare wheel (I have a tyre) - I know I need a 14" steel inner for my model. What I don't know is whether I need 4 or 5 holes in the inner to attach it.

I have casing over the wheels and I'm unable to remove it to see what the current wheel inners look like. I have checked the manual but it doesn't cover this issue.

Basically, I've seen an inner on eBay with 5 holes and I need to know if it'll fit my model.

Advice would be gratefully received.

Dont know why you cant pull trim / casings off the wheel and look . What's so different with your car ? What will you do if you get a puncture and have to change wheel ?

as above cant understand why you can not remove wheel trim i would say it is a four hole fitting

Volkswagen Polo's between 2001 - 2009 were all 5 studs with a PCD of 100mm, centre bore 57.1mm and a offset of 43mm ...... : ))
