the car is takeing a small amount of water around the resovor bottle seems where it has boiled inside inthe fllor of car is wet would it be the iterior heater thats leaking as there is no heat comeing into the car

Could be heater matrix that's leaking inside car .There could be other causes also , like sticking thermostat , partially blocked radiator ,water pump , fan not kicking in , head gasket etc .If there is excessive pressure on cooling system this wont help and could finish off a weak heater matrix , causing leaks .Need to get it checked out before throwing money at it , could be something rather minor but could be uneconomical to repair also .

to change the heater matrix alone is a major job and i would get a block test done as cylinder head gasket might have failed
