Volkswagen Golf brake problem

replaced rear pads. sequentially bled at all four wheels. pedal travels to the floor. wondering whether air could have got in the system through the master cylinder. the master has two nipples, should I try bleeding at the master cylinder and which one of the two nipples or may be both. please help

As there is 2 bleed nipples, you will probably have one for the front and for the rear brakes...
