Volkswagen Golf revving kills the idle on the vehicle

Car: Volkswagen Golf
Variant: GOlf mk4 2.0
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
My Car started to jerk a couple of times. I then cleaned the tank and all the fuel rails.
The problem was the same, i then replaced the following: Air flow meter, crankshaft sensor, coil pack, and the bogi cords to the plugs.

Now when i started the vehicle this morning and tramp the accelerator the car dies or the idle drops until the car switches off.
I had cleaned the throttle body but with no luck teir is any change to the car.

Im so dissapointed in VW engines had made a for sale sign for the car and put it up for sale and rather buy an Audi A3 as a replacement.

PLEASE HELP GUYS - Shakiel South Africa

Have you guesssed at the fault or had it code read to warrent changing all these parts.
If its starting to cut out at idle since the throttle body has been cleaned i would guess you may have damaged the unit if you opened the butterfly manually, or it may need resetting.
Best thing to do is start at scratch and get the car code read for faults and work from there
