2002 Vauxhall Zafira engine juddering

I noticed yesterday day whilst on the motorway. After travelling some distance at a steady 70 mph, when i took my foot off the throttle the engine was juddering. As soon as i put my foot back on it cleared. The car has only done 72000 miles and has fsh.

Did you notice any smoke from exhaust during this shuddering to clearing phase?
No lights showing on dash?
Same effect from idling to pulling away?
My initial thought would be a possible blocked fuel filter

Could try cleaning idle control valve & throttle body .
