I'VE HAD MY CAR AT LOCAL GARAGE BECAUSE IT WAS LOSING POWER AS I TRYED TO CLIMB ANY TYPE OF HILL AND ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT IS NOW ON. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I HAVE TO TAKE CAR TO VAUXHALL DEALER. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS CAN BE DONE UNDER WARRANTY IF I BOUGHT THE CAR 2ND HAND LESS THAN 3MTHS

if the engine light is on you can get the fault codes read at any garage with a suitable scan tool it doesn,t have to be a dealer

the min warrantee period for any 2nd hand car is 3 mounths so take it back. as long as you didnt buy it private
