Vauxhall Zafira trouble starting & running

problem starting, need lots of throttle to eventual y start. runs alright once running until slowing down then problem starts again and more throttle is needed nothing shows on diagnostic machine, changed sparked plugs and problem persists. Any help appreciated.

check idle control valve is`nt clogged up,coolant temp sensor is common fault
