Vauxhall Zafira rear brakes sticking/overheating

Car: Vauxhall Zafira
Variant: 1.9 diesel
Model Year: 2007
Categories: Leaks & Noises
All discs & Brake pads were renewed, all discs were warped, and rear pads were worn to nothing? New discs & pads fitted, all calipers were cleaned, and new pads run free in calipers. Rear calipers were stripped down and were working correctly.

Brake fluid was drained and refilled with correct grade. System was bled, brakes work very efficently.

Problem is that all brakes (especially rear) are seriously over heating after 20 minutes of driving, and binding? Rear hanbrake is working correctly (not hanging on).

Any answers will be very much appreciated?

Cheers,

Kaleb

You seem to have done most of the usual causes of this fault .Could possibly be master cyl . faulty . You can also get brakes binding if the brake flexible hose is collapsed inside , allowing fluid to go one way but not return , thereby holding brake on . But if all four wheels affected , suspect brake master cyl .Hope this helps you solve problem .
