Vauxhall Zafira not starting in warm weather

in cold weather the glow plugs come on and the car starts fine.in warm weather the glow plugs do not come on so you have to turn it over untill it starts on compression.i have two friend swith zafiras and thier glow plugs come on cold and warm weather just the length of time plugs are on changes. have had new glow plugs new glow plug ecu have had dianostic plugged in no codes came up.could this problem be glow plug timer or or fuel temp sensor.if so could you tell me where thier located.

the injector seals might be leaking.the injectors are a 2 piece construction and there is a rubber sealing ring joining these together,if you remove the fuel leak off pipes the fuel should be clear.if there are traces of oil in the diesel it is most prob those seals.i have come across a few zafiras with this problem,you should also check the compressions and that you have no fuel leaks,i take it the car is cranking over ok
