Hi. There are more tests you can do before it comes down to the ECM.

I was thinking about the knock sensor I had it to a garage came up MAF sensor change that twice now still the same problem very underpowered when you hit a hill just checked the wires to the map sensor, getting 12.5 V and 5.5 V

A lot of problems with non genuine Vauxhall MAF sensors not solving the fault until replaced

It was a Bosch sensor don’t know if this helps I’m really struggling

Lack of power as bad as that can be caused on some cars by a partially blocked exhaust / cat , Any exhaust leaks can affect the readings O2 sensors get and subsequently the MAF to an extent . A worn timing belt can jump and throw the timing miles out affecting lack of power . Any fuel filter apart from in tank pump
sender unit ?

When you remove the O2 sensor, I took the car for a short drive drove fine, obviously noisy put the sensor back in and the car died again so the sensors been changed twice as well. Checked the voltage on the sensor. Everything is fine it’s like when you put your foot further down on the pedal the slower it goes so you have to kind of idle your foot to get to about 40.

Also, I would like to add that this problem never happened all of a sudden it happened gradual over time like I felt the car was under powered a little bit so got it serviced never changed and just got worse over time

We often did what you did by removing o2 sensor to see if letting it " breath " cured the fault of suspected plugged cat / exhaust Scanning with Tech 3 or similar should show fault codes

So it might be the cat, because when you take the O2 out, the car runs fine, noisy but fine
