Hi, I traded in my 308 2.0 150bhp for zafira tourer 2.0 170 bhp.
I wasn't expecting it to go around on 50 mpg, but the fuel economy is beyond terrible.
Last week for example I put in £30 of diesel at 181.9.
I drove mixed driving of 75 miles, to need to go back to the garage and more fuel in the trip is staying 42mpg.
But just a simple calculation on amount of fuel against miles is nowhere near.
As I said I wasn't expecting fantastic economy but not expecting to be in the garage every few days.
Tyres are new, pressures are fine, fully serviced.
But something is not right with the amount of fuel going in against the amount of use.
I don't have a heavy right foot, but I bought both times bigger diesels, as I live 160 miles away from my family, so when on motorway for extended period of time quite regularly it makes a difference.
