Vauxhall Zafira problem with my sat nav

Even though I have the genuine micro sd card my system is still saying no sd card inserted what am I missing

Try this , worked on an Astra with Navi 600 and same problem .
With the vehicle running, turn off the infotainment (radio)
-Eject the Navi SDCard
-Turn off the vehicle
-Open the driver door and leave it open for 2 minutes
-Close the driver door
-Start your vehicle
-Turn on the infotainment
-Insert the Navi SDCard
-Try your Navigation

-Open the driver door and leave it open for 2 minutes
-Close the driver door
-Start your vehicle
-Turn on the infotainment
