Hi. I have spanner/service light on "permanent" now, as it was on/off whilst driving prev. Plugged my obd2 reader in but no codes there so, done pedal test and a code was there P111606. Looked it up and code relates to -low voltage in thermo circuit. Got under bonnet and looked at thermo sensor (screw in type i replaced last year bulk head side of thermostat) It has a 5v supply and resistance of 2.55. but then noticed there is another sensor (rad side of thermostat. This one looks like a push fit with spring clip and has a supply of 8.25v (higher than other sensor) but lacks any resistance. So my question is have i hit on the naughty part and just need to replace the push fit sensor? Thanks all.

Turning out to be a right pain sourcing out a sensor switch for this thing. Has not anyone in the bizz seen or heard of one? Even vauxhaul said they don"t stock them so asked them if i brought car in for repair where would you go to get one then. No reply, of course. Breakers sending pics of wrong sensor, WHAT"S GOING ON?
