try to start my 2008 Vauxhall Zairfa but the dash lights are on including the glow plug , but it will not allow you to start the vehicle there is no response from the vehicle

If it is not cranking / turning over , try a jump start .

had a problem with instrument cluster. All the dials were flickerring. intermittent start I had before dial were flickerring
