Vauxhall Zafira small throttle settings car

Car runs fine for normal driving, but when slowing down on small throttle settings, it seems to misfire or judder. This is intermittent with a hot or cold engine. This only slight and sometime runs perfectly OK.

Can be caused by faulty coil pack , which is very common , but plenty of other possibilities
