Vauxhall Zafira cutting out

car starts great, but when driving and changing down gear the car cuts out. it starts straight away again but happens a couple of times a day also sometimes when pulling off at a junction there's no power then the car takes off!!could this be related..

Would get it scanned for any fault codes,prone for coil issues though.

thanks will do, my other car used to have to have coil packs changed every 6 months was a pain...
