Vauxhall Zafira squeaky /rubbing sound

Car: Vauxhall Zafira
Variant: 1.9cdti
Model Year: 2006
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Front o/side wheel squeaks/rubs when i slow down and turn left gently. I dont even need to brake for this to happen. If its bearings (might not be but likely) how much will this cost to fix at a local garage (not dealership!!).

Thanks

Get it jacked up and checked out .Could be a pad sticking , c/v joint or gaiter , ball joint etc. Saves guessing .

Might just be pads / caliper needing cleaned out and any sticking pads freed off .

The backplates sit very close to the disc,s it maybe the issue ,you can space them out without stripping off the wheel,My wife's got one of these and it needed a front bearing at 26,000miles under warranty ,but still ridiculous.
