Engine running well and no warning lights but suddenly it all sounds very loud.

What kind of noise , engine noise , engine rattle , exhaust noise , squeal , whistle , does it get louder when driving , is it there at idle ? Would help if more info . Like going to doctor and saying I've got a pain , not a lot you can do without knowing more

Everything seems amplified. Is there a front silencer?
