Car: Vauxhall Vivaro
Variant: 1.6

Every 8 mins the van overheats and has a engine failure hazard light on the dash, we keep bleeding the air out but the problem still persist we have had all the air taken out by vauxhall but problem keeps happening. Doesn't seem to be cooling the engine, water is baking hot when bleeding. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't be getting air to come back in to system and needing bled again . Carry out a block test which should confirm or not if head gasket blown / leaking

Hi vauxhall carried out a block test and confirmed it isn't the Head gasket we also changed the water pump. Thank you for the reply sorry it wasn't included.
