Disabling hill start assist would be worth trying .

Hi I have the same problems. I have just bought a code reader that will show live data. I will post the codes when I download them.
My van had #1 injector replaced early in its life. I suspect as a result of a scan as you have seen. We should work together to try to solve our problem

First play with code reader shows an injector 2 fault. I think it was short circuit and also the coolant temp is varying between 77 and 87.
I’ll look for wiring faults and at the injector, replace the stat and report back.

Well the code was p0202.
I’ve spent a fortune on a service including new discs and pads all round.
Apparently the stat is mapped so gives a variety of temps depending on load and engine activity.
If anyone knows better please share.

Injector has not gone anywhere but still showing the same symptoms.
