Vauxhall Vivaro engine misses a beat at 3,000 revs, driving & at stand still

Car: Vauxhall Vivaro
Variant: 2.0 cdti
Model Year: 2011
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
when you rev to above 3,000 revs the engine seems to miss a beat then continues to raise, when driving it violently throws you forward. when at stand still the rev counter drops for a split second then carries on. it shows no faults on a diagnostics machine. nobody seems to know the answer or how to fix it. PLEASE HELP !!!!

sounds like an EGR valve issue

Find someone better at diagnostics!
But given the lack of codes,
Which is only a place to start looking,
And guessing here
I'd start with turbo boost control faults,
Turbo boost pressure sensor/boost control solenoid and turbo boost control arm.
You see the thing about codes is there are only codes recoded/stored when the system detects when a parameter has been read as wrong.
It's easily possible for system faults to exist if the readings are close to right.
Close enough can be not enough.
See if you have a "Bosch" diagnostic specialist near you.
Those guys are usually well trained and equipped.
