Vauxhall Vivaro beeping from rear of van

Keep getting a beep from the rear of my 64 sportive 120ps van. Happens whether van is running or not. Locked or not. Sounds once every 90 seconds or so. Seems to be coming from nearside rear quarter. Anyone any ideas please? Also rear load area internal lights don't stay on when doors are open. Could it be a related issue?

Not still covered by warranty ? If so return to a dealership for fixing .
