Vauxhall Vivaro bracket holding clutch master cylinder has broken off pedal braket need to replace bracket

the clutch and brake pedal are on the same bracket and a connecting rod passes from the drivers side footwell to the passenger footwell can the clutch /brake pedal bracket be changed without dissmanteling the entire dash and heater components please help

According to my manual the time for that is 1.5 hours or so,
doesn't sound too bad but I'll admit I can't recall doing one!

thanks 1/4drive for your input but the only way to change the bracket holding the clutch /brake pedal which has the clutch master cylinder attached is to pull heater assembly /back into the cab off the bulkhead ,and remove the accelorator pedal so you can pull out through the side . Its taken all day sunday and a couple of hours monday but im up and running now thanks again
