What do you mean by " CHOPPING OUT OF FRONT TYRES " , never heard of that before .

Your noise could be wheel bearing .

ive not seen this before in over 30 years of driving,it looks like if both tyres have been razered right across the tread also with chunks of tread beening ripped from across the tyres

WHEEL BEARINGS HAVE BEEN CHECKED & HAS JUST HAD ITS FIRST SERVICE

Did you not report all the defects you are asking about to the dealership when you got it serviced as they may have been waranty items ?
