Vauxhall Vectra servo moves

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Variant: 1800 manual
Model Year: 1997
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
When the brake pedal is pressed the servo moves, failed on mot, thought problem was a crack in the bulkhead, but the welder states the bulkhead is ok.

If it's moving bad enough to fail MOT and there are no cracks or faults with servo mounting , all you can do is plate bulkhead to reinforce as needed .Assuming there is nothing wrong with servo body itself .

Thanks for your prompt and efficient reply, the welder thinks the problem may be within the servo itself, he states he can just barely see the mounting bolts from inside and may have to disconnect the steering etc! to remove the servo unit.
