Vauxhall Vectra tailgate not staying up

i bought a pair of tailgate dampers for the hatchback vectra on the 1/2/10/ and they have gone already i have tried to contact the shop and i cant get no answear i need to sort this out as i cant put anything in my boot without holding it up because it just wont stay up.can you please help

Get them back to shop for a refund or replacement .

return to tjhe shop with them and get genuine ones also does your car boot have a spoiler as there are stronger ones for cars with spoilers hope this helps and you can get intouch with your suppliers
