EVERY TIME I APPLY THE BRAKES THERE IS THIS DEEP GRINDING/RUBBING NOISE HAPPENING I TOOK IT TO LOOKERS AND THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED NEW PADS AND DISCS ON THE BACK I HAVE HAD THESE FITTED BUT THE PROBLEM STILL CONTINUES THE PADS ON THE FRONT ARE ALL GOOD THE DISCS ARE A LITTLE LIPPED BUT NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT BUT I NOTICED THE SPRING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE IS LOOSE ITS DRIVIN ME F****** CRAZY ALL ANSWERS GREATLY RECIEVED

firstly if you have got a lip on the discs then they want replacing with new ones but also inspect the inner pads as these tend to wear out quicker than the outer pad but you also mentioned the spring is loose on the front the vectras are common for springs loosing a coil and snapping hence the rattling noise you are experiencing jack the car up and have a look as it may even be a stone causing the noise but do replace those discs and the spring if it broken and you must do springs in pairs not just the one that is broken
