Vauxhall Vectra fuel cap cover won't open

the fuel cap cover won't open. Car is central locking but not remote. No lever or button inside car. Previously only locked when car locked. Please help as I desparately need to refuel.

IN BOOT UNDER TRIM BEHIND CAP THERE SHOULD BE A RELEASE PULL

thank you for the suggestion. When I eventually managed to pull the boot lining away (it is one very large piece which goes from tailgate to rear passenger seat with no release tags) there was no release wire so managed to remove lock unit.
