Vauxhall Vectra interior and exterior lights

headlamps,reversing and interior lights all flicker badly when steering is turned while driving or sitting.went to vauxhall and they reset ecu and put in new altenator but still doing the same.

That car should have Electric-Hydraulic Power Steering Pump (EHPS) so when you turn steering it loads electric system . That's why they probably replaced alternator . Obviously it's not fixed car so get back to them and see what they say as fault is still there. You could get alternator output rechecked when steering turned .Might be a wiring / earth fault or something to do with EHPS.See how you get on at dealership and if getting messed about , you could go to an auto electrician for a second opinion and a check on work carried out .
