was working and then it has stopped i changed battery and now wont work again

on some fobs you have to change the battery in a time limit,I was changing one once and dropped the battery on the floor,could not find,when I did it would not work,had to take it to fords with all my paper work,to have the fob re programed,its possible you might have the same problem,???

Hi, It sounds to me like one of the battery contacts inside the remote has broken, it is not uncommon for those remotes
