Vauxhall Vectra headlight auto adjust

Warning light for auto adjust headlight problem on and when driving at night with lights on they are continually adjusting. Local garage say sensors are okay but both are registering high voltage. Problem started when boot was full with a heavy load.

Sounds like faulty sensor , might be better to get checked out with Tech 2 .
