2000 Vauxhall Vectra strange creeking sound from accelerator area

Hi all,
I have a strange creeking sound coming from the accelerator area. It only happens when I press the accelerator down more than 50% and I only when I'm in gear.
It has been going on for about 3 months. I have recently had a new gear box, clutch & hydraulics parts so nothing to do with that I don't think.
The car is a (W) 2000 1.8 SXi Vectra
Any help much appreciated as no mechanic that have looked at it can find the fault.
