some times the boot will open with phobe other times I have to wait for a while git told to change the windscreen washer system but don't no what fuse to change or voltage

Dont understand what " git told to change the windscreen washer system but don't no what fuse to change or voltage " Sounds like a faulty boot lock / micro switch .
