Car: Vauxhall Vectra

my mechanic had changed the oil seal many times but it won't go a mile before it start again, it comes out right inside the pulley seal and quickly reduces oil level

the oil seal where the biggest pulley is fixed to the crank chaft is the one leaking oil. it used to start after covering a mile. the seal is seen after removing the pulley.
