my 1999 vauxhall vectra diesel cut out for a second after 7 miles as i lifted my foot off the throttle to slow down, the next day it did the same at 7 miles again but this time it completely stopped, no leaks underneath, tried to start it a couple of times and it started, drove it somewhere safe to work on it, someone suggested the filter so changed it, but not starting now, anyone any idea's ?

Make sure the fuel system is bled correctly .Check / replace crank sensor .
