Vauxhall Vectra front end noise

i have this crazy noise coming from the front of my car. sounds like a wheel bearing.but i had them checked. nothing sinister.. i put new tyres all round to see was that the problem.. noise still there. but since putting the new tyres on. i have noticed that when i turn the steering slightly to the left the noise seems to get louder,, could this be the start of a bearing going,,

Is it Screeching/heavy on steering? Is your power steering ok, Vectra's seem to have problems with leaks on steering rack. Check your fluid level and keep an eye on it. If it is a leak on steering rack think the whole lot needs replacing at cost £££
