Vauxhall Vectra noise when starting

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Variant: 1.9D Cdti 120 Manual
Model Year: 2005
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Happens first thing in the morning when it is cold or has rained night before. When I start the car up it makes a noise on the front right hand side. It sounds like a belt?? Depending on weather if I start it and leave it idle the noise will grdually go away.
At the moment it doesnt go away after idle but noise disappears after driving for 10 minutes. For the rest of the day no noise when I start the car up.

What is this and is it anything I need to be concerned about?

Thanks

Check the tension of the auxiliary drive belt and tighten if necessary..
