Vauxhall Tigra excessive battery drain when parked - any common faults?

no obvious short circuits noticed,i now have to disconnect battery when leaving vehicle parked overnight.

Your battery and alternator need LOAD tested . . Any weak cells and battery wont hold a charge , If all o.k you need to check for a parasitic drain on electrics .
