Vauxhall Tigra radio won't turn on

Car: Vauxhall Tigra
Variant: 1.3 cdti
Model Year: 2005
Categories: Leaks & Noises
We've had to disconnect the battery and now my radio/CD player won't switch on. The clock on the display has been reset also. It's not asking for a code as far as I'm aware. I do have the code in my book. How do I enter it?
Bloody fed up with one thing and another now, why is nothing ever straight forward 😔

This worked for some models ,

Switch on ignition.

Press and hold in the AS button and then switch on radio.

Hold AS until display shows 10 - - - -

Push preset button 1 until the first number of code is on display.

Push preset button 2 until second number of code is on display.

Push preset 3 and 4 until their numbers are on display.

Press and hold in the AS button until it beeps and starts searching channels.
