Vauxhall Omega auxiliary belt

Car: Vauxhall Omega
Variant: 2.5 CDX
Model Year: 2000
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Second Time of Asking.

To remove the auxuiliary belt from the above V6 engine. It seems to have a alli and rubber pipe (Air Con or Coolant?)going straight through the middle of it.

Does this have to be drained and disconnected?
