Vauxhall Mokka 2013 vauxhall mokka x. windscreen wipers dont work when cold, ice and snow, but start to work normally when it warms up. any ideas.

In this recent cold snap the front windscreen wipers dont work first thing. After its warmed up a bit they work fine, any ideas. Cheers

Sounds like wiper linkage may be seizing up , motor weak or both .
