Vauxhall Mokka heater only blowing cold air

Car: Vauxhall Mokka
Variant: 1.6CDTI
Model Year: 2016
noticed the coolant level dropped so local mechanic said he replaced a water pipe, brought car back and the heater was not working he said he did not know what was wrong with the vehicle. Took vehicle to another mechanic they have changed the , EGR valve and cooler, Thermostat they said the water is flowing around the system correctly still no heater, now they have ordered a water pump, cant believe all these things have gone on the vehicle, car has done 65000 miles any one got ideas gladly received before I'm skint .

I would carry out a block test before doing anything else

Not sure why the EGR valve was replaced to fix the heater . Should have had a cooling system pressure test carried out . Also heater hoses , inlet and outlet of heater matrix should have been checked to see if both hot

Got the same problem with my 16 plate mokka 1.6cdti. Got no heat after changing waterpipe, had a new water pump fitted. Still no heat, flushed out heater matrix good flow of water. even had it to a friend that worked at vauxhall main dealers and he checked all the valves in
the climate control box heater box, had it on computer to test temperature sensors. He can't understand what's going on. Anyone got any idea?

If heater hoses into and out of heater matrix are both hot , it can only be a heater flap / heater flap actuator at fault

Only 1 pipe is hot. No over heating problems drive 50 60 miles still the same. Run water through matrix, good flow of water

Cooling system / matrix could be airlocked , try bleeding till both hoses are running hot .

Very good answer, but how to access the heater flap?in my car actuators work, check them physically and test them , all three of them. The only guess is to access the heater box and open the flap door, can you help please?unless I unblock the heater flap no heating .

Actuators may be working but broken , unconnected to flap and not operating /moving flap .
