Vauxhall Meriva tailgate will not open some times

my tailgate door will not open some times when I have driven the car, I leave car standing for a while and door will then open
I had a new slave motor fitted and the problem did not happen again for five months, in the last week I have been unable to open the door 4 times leave for awhile and I can then open the door.I have checked the connections and sprayed with WD40.

If its not the boot lock solenoid / linkage sticking again , check there is no broken wiring where it passes into boot .
