Have had full gearbox flush and new brake switch fitted
The issue happens after driving and engine is hot and have been stopping and starting ie whilst in queue

You are really best to get it scanned with proper diagnostics that covers all modules / transmission for fault codes rather than possibly maybe wasting money doing other work . Or take it to a good , local independent auto trans specialist for advice and road testing as could be wear and tear inside box
