What do these lights mean. they are also on Reverse & Park when I star the engine

No idea , cant get a owners manual for that year from Vauxhall site . Nearest year is 2010 they list which shows automatic section on page 125

Stiil not sure what those lights refer to , not seen any lights on that location at auto gear selector before on any cars
